ZIPPERgifts will make its best effort to ensure that your packages reach you accurately and expediently. All orders of in-stock merchandise will ship from our Los Angeles distribution center within 48 hours of receipt of order. You should then receive your merchandise in 5 to 10 business days. Partial orders (when some items are in-stock and others must be back ordered) will be routinely shipped unless that you request otherwise by indicating SHIP COMPLETE on your order form.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time international shipping is only available on a very limited basis. If we are able to ship your request we will advise you of shipping charges via e-mail prior to processing your order. Any applicable duty charges will be your responsibility. Zipper is not responsible for any items lost through international shipping.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We will be happy to ship items to you via UPS next day delivery at additional expense. Upon receipt of your order you will be advised of the exact cost of this service, based upon the amount calculated for your specific order. Next day delivery is only available if your order is received in our office before 10AM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, The Book of Cool, is sold on a non-returnable, final-sale basis.
ZIPPERgifts trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an item purchased on the web, you may due so within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund in the form of the payment you used to purchase the item. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes, but we will not refund your shipping costs. In addition there will be a 10% restocking charge. Returns are serious business and we respectfully request that you follow the following quick and easy return procedure:
1). Call our office at 323 951 9190 to notify us of the return and to receive a return authorization number.
2). Complete the return authorization form included in your package – do not forget to include the return authorization number you receive from our office.
3). Enclose the item and the return authorization form (with the return authorization number) in appropriate packaging and return the merchandise to us at:
